Free medical aid for underprivileged villagers
In the year 2007 ( 20th November ) STP arranged a visit to ChorGorgori, a remote village in Pabna, Iswardi.
We took a medical team & medicines for the villagers. we have appointed one physician named Dr. Sree Baidynath Brohmon, MBBS. Who has been on continuation of treatment of the destitute people free of cost according to the prescribed rules andregulations of the Serve the People. One compounder was on duty with the physician to help the doctor all the time as a part of the concerned project. with our little means we have served around 300-350 poor villagers who were suffering due to the scarcity of doctors in those remote places and also due to their inability to afford the enduring facilities. Those sick people who attended the mobile clinic for having necessary treatment according to disease, got necessary medicine according to diagnosed treatment by the doctor.
