Accomplishment in the Stipend program from the previousyear added confidence to teachers and students. They set a higher target thisyear, and attempted to accommodate their tutorial sessions accordingly.
Recognition and financial incentive worked as a catalystamong the student. They were also motivated to spend extra hour after school tobe prepared for the exam. The combined efforts of teachers and students werereflected in the results.
