Matching Gift

Many companies match the donations that their employees make to charitable organizations like Serve The People. It leverages the opportunity to double your contribution at no extra cost to you!

Easy three steps to find out if your company matches contributions to Serve The People:

  1. Search online or ask your Human Resources Team if they have a charitable matching gift program.
  2. If so, request for a Matching Gift Form (or find it online) and complete your portion.
  3. Include that form with your gift to Serve The People.

How are Matching Gifts used?

Proceeds from matching gifts are assigned to Serve The People’s general fund, and used for several purposes that are critical to sustaining our mission. You can make a choice to select your desired cause to spend your contribution. 100% of both the matching amount and your contribution will 

Sponsor an Event

These days, corporations, regardless of large and small, provide event sponsorship to 501(c)3 charitable organizations like Serve The People (STP). STP arranges many events every year as part of its mission for expanding education and quality of life. These events offer great promotional opportunities for your company to demonstrate its philanthropic attitude. Find out how you can involve your company to provide support to STP events.
In-Kind Donations

In-kind donations are donations are usually goods and services rather than money. Check with your Human Resources team if there is an in-kind donation program at your company.

  • School supplies
  • Photocopiers
  • Cameras/Video cameras
  • Non-perishable food items
  • Toys
  • Others Livelihood Supplies i.e Swing Machine, Auto Rickshaw etc.

Grants

Many corporations provide grants to charitable organizations like Serve The People (STP). Feel free to check with your Human Resources Team if there is a grant program available in your company, and apply on behalf of STP.
